“Shivers” is a highly attractive black mare that stands 14.3 hh with impeccable conformation. There is no surprise that she looks and rides the way she does, being a daughter of the great, A Vintage Smoke-earner of $600,000 with progeny earnings over $500k. Shivers is out of a money-earning mare who is by Matt Dillon Dun It, an earner of $168,000. This gal was born to perform!  

Shivers’ pedigree shines through in her incredible mind and talent. This girl is always so willing to perform any task. Shivers stays broke no matter the event or atmosphere. She shows her diversity with her experience in reining, cowhorse, and ranch classes. Shivers can really get around in her spins and hits the ground hard in her stops. She has a gorgeous extended trot that comes naturally, and boy, is she smooth! Whether you are riding two-handed or one-handed, she will be broke. If you are looking for your next rope horse, she’s gritty, cowy, and loves to put her hind end in the ground!  

Outside of the arena, Shivers has gained a lot of exposure to trail riding. After almost every ride, we hit the trails. She will walk into a large body of water with ease. Shivers will go up and down hills, mindful of every step. Not only can she ride in the arena and trail ride, but boy, can she sort cattle. She has been great help in sorting cattle off in a tight alleyway- with or without a bridle!
