“Latte” is an unbelievably attractive chocolate palomino gelding that stands 15 hh with some true shape. He is no doubt all of 1,200 pounds, with a big hind end to him. This horse’s kind eye reveals his willing, aim-to-please demeanor. Latte has already proven himself in the ranch events, winning a buckle at his very first show. He won or placed in every event over two days, including Ranch Conformation, Ranch Rail Pleasure, and Ranch Riding. There is no denying that this gelding grabs a judge’s attention as he carries himself with confidence in the show pen. 

In the arena, Latte is a pleasure to ride. He neck reins with ease, is soft in the bridle, and has excellent control of his shoulders, hips, and ribcage. He side-passes willingly, has an easy, correct spin, and confidently crosses logs and bridges. Latte offers a smooth, slow trot, a comfortable extended jog, effortless lope departures on the correct lead, and finishes with a good sliding stop. His responsiveness and willing attitude make him enjoyable for riders looking for a versatile, well-trained gelding that can excel both in the show pen and on the ranch. 

Latte is an incredible trail horse with a quiet, confident disposition. He crosses water without hesitation, rides out alone or in a group, and handles new obstacles with ease. Whether you'reexploring the trails or putting in a long day outside, he stays level-headed and dependable. 

He has also been used for everyday ranch work and is comfortable sorting cattle, gathering, and handling the tasks asked of him. Latte is the kind of horse that is just as enjoyable to ride around the ranch as he is to take to the show pen. Latte has a couple of the greatest names in the industry on his set of papers; including, NCHA 12 consecutive years Leading Sire, Metallic Cat and NRHA Open Futurity Champion $12 million sire, Wimpys Little Step. Latte is a son of HQ Helluva Cat whose foals are eligibile for the SDRCHA Stallion Stakes, NCRCHA and IQHA Ranch Horse Futurity, and the NCRHA Cow Horse Incentive.
